Consultation is an essential step in the whole process. Under this, we develop the understanding on nature of your body and about existing health issues. To understand you well, we focus on 2 main aspects which include your physical state and your mental state. Once we get an insight of you, we work towards makinng you aware of the root cause of the issues thus identified and motivate you for your wellness.

Medical Report Analysis
Under Medical Report Analysis, We will ask you to get your medical tests done on the basis the initial assessment. This helps in analysis of any disease or deficiency in order to make the customized diet plan as per your body needs.

Preparation of Diet Plan
For creating a diet plan that suits all your need, we first understand your lifestyle, eating habits and your taste buds. Getting to know your lifestyle and your food preferences helps us in creating a diet plan that you find easy and practical to follow.
Step-5
Regular follow-up
On the basis of initial screening and identified issues , we prepare a plan to follow up every alternate day. Under alternate follow up, we can further discuss the progress or if you face any problem while undergoing the process.

Counselling and Care
Under Counselling, We will motivate you and will stay in touch with you to keep you motivated towards your goal.
